How it started…
I’m Ildiko Browning, a mum of 13-year-old twins and a 10-year-old, living on the Mornington Peninsula — and like most families, our weeks are full.
Between us there are three basketball games, six training sessions, three nights of ballet and two before-school activities, along with work, appointments and everything else that comes with family life. Trying to keep track of it all on phones and electronic calendars just never worked for us. The kids couldn’t easily check it, plans were missed, and everything relied on one person remembering what was happening.
I’ve always loved paper and pen. Writing things down feels clearer, calmer and more real. I wanted something we could all see — a central place in the home where everyone could walk past and instantly know what was going on.
So my husband Trent made one for me.
It quickly became the hub of our home.
When I shared it on social media, the response surprised me. Messages started coming through asking if people could buy one too. That’s when I realised I had stumbled across something — not because I was looking to start a business, but because I genuinely needed it myself.
OTTHON was created from real family life.
A simple, visual planner designed to bring everything together in one place — because when everyone can see the plan, life just runs better.
I truly hope OTTHON becomes just as much a part of your home as it has ours — a place everyone gathers, checks in, and stays connected to what matters most.
